Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

All items are ‘ready to ship' except where items are marked as ‘pre-order’. Please allow 3-5 working days processing time for your item to ship.

SHIPMENT OF ITEMS ON ‘PRE-ORDER’
Items on pre-order require a 2-4 week processing time prior to dispatch.
If your order contains a mixture of pre-ordered items and ‘ready to ship’ items, then your order will be shipped when the pre-ordered item(s) become available.
Where your order contains a mixture of pre-order and in stock items & you’d like the in-stock item to ship immediately, please place two separate orders – one for the ‘pre-ordered’ item(s) and another for the ‘ready to ship’ items.

We understand that getting your item to you as soon as possible is of importance to you. That’s why we only offer one shipping rate:

Royal Mail: UK 1st Class Signed (Next Working Day Delivery)
UK Next Day delivery is available for orders placed before 14:00 GMT Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 14:00 GMT on a Friday will arrive Monday.

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders via email & text message. As we use a tracked and signed service, please ensure a recipient is at the shipping address to sign for and receive your parcel.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & COURIER SERVICES: INTERNATIONAL
We understand that getting your item to you as soon as possible is of importance to you. That’s why we only offer one shipping rate:

DHL: Express International Shipping (1-3 Working Day Delivery)
All orders will be processed and shipped in one business day (Monday to Friday until 14:00 GMT). Customers are responsible for any custom charges applicable for shipments into your country. Deliveries will be made Via DHL for delivery in 1-3 working days. Full tracking will be made available to you via text and/or email. As we use a tracked and signed service, please ensure a recipient is at the shipping address to sign for and receive your parcel.

Shipping prices are applicable to all orders under $120 USD approx. This is to supplement the charges incurred from reputable delivery companies. These prices ensure that your product is delivered to you safely and on time.

As a special thank you to our customers, free delivery is applicable on all orders above $120 USD.

ABOUT SHIPPING TIME
All shipping times provided are an estimate and are applicable to orders placed before 14:00 GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 14:00 GMT Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following working day; orders placed after 14:00 GMT on Fridays will dispatch the following Monday. Please allow two additional working days for Highlands and Islands.
